About Our Products
All our products in this store are either digital or a service, none of our products will be mailed to you. However if you require a hard copy of your mod/skin this can be arranged for a cost of £5.00 per order this is to cover the cost of a cd and postage.This can be arranged via our helpdesk.

Digital

If you have ordered a digital product, once we have received your order and confirmed payment (normally within 24 hours) we will email your order containing your download link. All our products are in .zip format so you will need a program like winzip to open it. Inside the file will contain any new files and a READ ME text file containing full instructions on how to install your mod/skin on your website.

Service

If you have ordered a service from us we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a suitable time to perform the work. We will need the following information from you

Admin Password

CPanel URL
CPAnel Username
CPanel Password

FTP URL
FTP Username
FTP Password

You can help speed your order up by opening a helpdesk ticket and supplying us with the above information and order number once you have made payment.
