Product Information
This is an ongoing yearly support plan which will get you 8 hours support per month from one of our trained staff.

Under this support plan you will get the following

  • 8 Hours support per month for one year a total of 96 hours per year.
  • You can use your time for any questions, problems or support relating to Cubecart. If we cannot help or fix your problem you will not use your time.
  • Priority support over our helpdesk and general enquiries.
  • Can be used for mod updates or cubecart updates.
  • Any unused time cannot be carried over from one month to another.
  • We will keep you informed of any time used and remaining each month.
  • Your support plan is not limited to one domain.
  • Can only be used on Cubecart based sites.

By purchasing this support plan you will benefit from reduced rates (£12.50/hour) saving you £1200 over the year based on our normal rates of £25/ hour.

At the end of the year you will have to purchase your support plan again to continue using it.
