Q: I have paid for a mod/skin and not received my email containing download link?

A: Our store is protected by a safe download system to prevent against fraudulent orders, all orders are checked and dispatched normally within 24 hours.

Q: I have ordered a service from you, what do I do now?

A: You can either wait for us to contact you, normally within 24 hours of ordering or submit a ticket at our helpdesk containing your order number, website URL, Admin User, Admin Password, Cpanel Details, FTP User, FTP Password. We will then proceed with the service you ordered at an arranged time by both parties.

Q: Can I install my mod/skin on more than one site?

A: You can only install your mod/skin on one website per purchase if you want to install on more than one site please purchase the mod/skin again.

Q: Can I remove the copyright link on your free mod/skin?

A: You can only remove our copyright link on our free mods/skins if you pay for the copyright removal service.
